Emotions are huge and scary, its hard to understand how to deal with them or what we need to do to be able to share the feelings we are having.
Using the emotion cards you can now show how your feeling and work through it in whatever way you feel you need to, but at least by using the card you can allow other people to understand how your feeling too!
